I just wanted to reach out to thank you for coming out yesterday. I had two other companies come out. One was out on Tuesday and the other was out this morning. Both of them will be quoting me as well. The representatives from each company were good knowledgeable guys and each seemed confident that they could help me out however, neither of them did what you did. You entered the situation from my perspective and took the time to explain to me how you (the professional) would handle the situation if you were in my shoes.

You did not take the opportunity to make a sale on a new High efficiency boiler to a guy that knows very little about this area. You used the opportunity to inform me of all options. You have gained a life long customer and someone that will be recommending you to others when ever possible. I look forward to working with you on the repair and maintenance of my boiler and water heater.
